Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Xtreme Player (“the app”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Xtreme Player on iOS or Android, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. About the service
Xtreme Player is a media player application that lets you play video and audio from your device, network shares, media servers (such as Plex, Jellyfin, and Emby), cloud storage, IPTV playlists, and other sources you configure. The app is a tool for accessing content you provide or authorize. We do not host, sell, or distribute media content.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the app. If you are under the age required in your country, you may use the app only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Xtreme Player on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use (unless otherwise permitted by your app store license).
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where applicable law expressly allows
- Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Rent, lease, sublicense, or resell the app
- Use the app to build a competing product or service
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms
4. Your content and responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- All media, playlists, streams, and files you access, import, download, or play through the app
- Ensuring you have the legal right to access and play that content
- Credentials, URLs, and server configurations you enter or save
- Compliance with the terms of Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, cloud providers, IPTV services, and any other third-party services you connect
- Activity on your device and network, including WiFi Transfer uploads and downloads
Xtreme Player does not endorse or control third-party content or services. You agree not to use the app to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights; distribute unlawful material; or circumvent technical protections except where permitted by law.
5. Third-party services
The app may integrate with or link to third-party services (media servers, subtitle providers, metadata services, analytics, and others). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, accuracy, or content. Your use of them is at your own risk.

6. Accounts and purchases
Xtreme Player does not require an account for basic local playback. Optional in-app purchases or subscriptions, if offered, are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to their payment terms. Refund requests must be directed to the applicable store unless required otherwise by law.
7. Updates and changes
We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. We may also modify or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. You agree that we are not liable if the app is changed or made unavailable.
8. Intellectual property
Xtreme Player, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the app as intended.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any stream, file, or server connection will work with your setup
- Metadata, subtitles, or artwork will be accurate or complete
- Defects will be corrected
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; in those cases, our disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN US DOLLARS (USD $10), IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
13. Export and legal compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, and other laws when using the app. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo and are not on any restricted party list.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or app store listing where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence or the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first at the email below and attempt to resolve it informally. Where permitted by law, any unresolved dispute shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
16. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app.
- Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
